Regulatory and Compliance Lead Analyst - Verity Solutions - Remote

Responsibilities
Monitor 340B program updates and industry regulations from HRSA/OPA, Medicaid, manufacturers, and other key agencies
Track and document ongoing rule and policy changes
Collect, organize, and maintain internal resource libraries of industry updates
Coordinate client audit support activities, including HRSA, manufacturer, payer, and mock audits
Maintain audit documentation and track outcomes
Assist in compiling compliance reports and dashboards for leadership review
Support data entry and tracking for compliance metrics and training completion
Schedule and coordinate training sessions for staff and external stakeholders
Maintain records of training attendance, certification status, and completion
Assist in developing and preparing training materials, presentations, and related resources in collaboration with leadership
Monitor and respond to inquiries from internal teams and covered entities related to regulatory, compliance, and training topics
Provide clear, timely communication to support a positive stakeholder experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
3+ years of 340B program experience and a foundational understanding of pharmacy operations required
Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or compliance
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
High attention to detail with strong follow‑through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Customer‑focused and team‑oriented approach, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
Apexus 340B Certified Expert (ACE)
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent credential
