Responsibilities
Develop and implement a programming strategy that meets the goals and objectives of the CRC partnership with LA Care Health Plan
Lead program development efforts by identifying new partnerships and opportunities to support the CRCs’ growth and sustainability
Drive program strategy by providing data-driven recommendations on which programs, services, and interventions to test, scale, or sunset
Lead the program evaluation strategy, including the integration of real-time participant feedback and community insights, to improve programming and operations
Ensure Blue Shield Promise's investment in the CRC joint initiative is utilized as designed and maintain a strong partnership with LA Care team
Develop goals, objectives and action plans for CRC staff including full management responsibility for the hiring, performance reviews, salary reviews and disciplinary matters for direct reporting employees
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Requires at least 10 years prior relevant experience, including 6 years of management experience
Requires strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by compassionate, courteous, cordial, cooperative and professional interaction with diverse groups of co-workers, external business partners and the community
Requires exceptional organizational skills and follow-through with strong attention to detail in a face-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working in community health and/or Medicaid/Medi-Cal preferred
