They are seeking a Loyalty & Engagement Intern to support the Membership team by analyzing member behavior and loyalty drivers, turning research into actionable insights to enhance membership growth.

Responsibilities
Analyze member survey and NPS data to identify loyalty drivers
Mine and organize large datasets to uncover trends and insights
Support loyalty and engagement initiatives tied to campaigns and new club openings
Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Creative, and Operations teams
Deliver insights and recommendations through a defined summer project
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
Excel proficiency; experience with research or data mining is a plus
Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Interest in loyalty, consumer behavior, or membership programs
Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
