Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for CRMSync initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements from planning through execution and delivery
Develop detailed project plans using Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and other project management tools to track mile stones, and manager risks and dependencies
Coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, IT infrastructure, database administrators (SQL, Oracle), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and scope control utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, TFS, VersionOne, Jira, and SDLC standards
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear deliverables and acceptance criteria
Facilitate regular status meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder updates both internally and with customers
Oversee release management, deployment strategies, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance compliance
Monitor project progress through metrics and reporting; communicate status updates effectively to all stakeholders
Ensure integrations meet security and performance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Lead efforts in test case development, test-driven development practices, and user acceptance testing processes
Negotiate scope changes and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project outcomes
Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and project delivery
Coordinate resource planning and workload distribution across technical teams to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and results-driven Project Manager
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Ability to align stakeholders (customers, business partners, and internal)
Strong expertise in project management methodologies
Experience in cloud computing and IT infrastructure
Experience delivering CRMSync projects to customers
Direct management of developers and delivery team
Experience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and other project management frameworks

Strong knowledge of project management tools including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), SharePoint, Visio, TFS, VersionOne, Jira
Solid understanding of SDLC processes, IT infrastructure components (networks, servers), databases (SQL Server, Oracle), and disaster recovery strategies
Ability to gather requirements effectively and translate them into technical specifications
Expertise in user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and test case creation
Excellent leadership qualities with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with IT governance standards and organizational policies related to enterprise software deployment
