They are seeking a Bilingual Senior Product Manager to lead the Product Roadmap and support various requests related to product management and overall business operations, requiring constant communication with top management and sales teams.

Responsibilities
Lead LG Builder and SKS Luxury Product Management
Lead the Product Roadmap and support various requests related to product as well as overall business
Communicate with Top Management and BM(Business Management) Team, as well as the Sales Team that are both Builder(National, Regional, Distributors) and Luxury(Dealers)
Lead the Cross-over process for any large and small sized RFP
Have good knowledge of product and competition (Kitchen Packages, Laundry sets, etc)
Be diligent in main R&R, given tasks as well as be able to support other Teams within the Business Division that can include Sales, Marketing, SCM, Product Planning, Operations
Qualification
Required
Must have product or business management experience (Sr. Manager Level)
Leadership experience (Team Leader, Task Leader)
Korea / English speaking is highly recommended (to properly communicate with US Team as well as Korea HQ(R&D, Product Planning, Sales, Design)
Overview of Builder/Luxury PRM & Product Strategy, Sales Tool Development Management
Top Down (Large Developer Project, Report, Competitive Market Analysis)
Builder NPI Management – Lifecycle/ Market sensing / VOC gathering / Communication
Proficient in Excel(OLAP), Powerpoint, Salesforce
Product Management experience
Data extraction, analysis
Proficient in presentation in front of public audience
