Responsibilities
Develops budgets and work schedules according to project requirements
Responsible for cost estimation and control
Monitors project progress and makes adjustments as needed
Coordinates interdepartmental participation to meet project requirements
Maintains lines of communication among project team members
May be responsible for risk management
Manage specified project objectives, project constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality, etc.), project risk, and coordinate with project manager and other resources as needed
Contribute to the planning, tracking and analysis of multiple projects through reporting detailed information, analyzing data in support of project cost/schedule status and following established procedures while contributing to the completion of circuit provisioning requests
Responsible for reviewing the enterprise invoices for multiple vendors to verify monthly costs, identify and initiate disputes, and make payment recommendations on purchase orders
Assist with the development of standard operating procedures to establish compliance with the operational practices of the organization
Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Power BI data analytics tool
Qualification
Required
Must be knowledgeable of financial and project management functions

May be responsible for risk management
Must be available to address the needs of the project effort
Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Power BI data analytics tool
Bachelors with 2-5 years of experience
4 years of additional experience may be substituted for education
This position requires privileged system access
The applicant shall have six months to obtain an industry standard certification
Must be able to pass a government Tier 4 High Background Investigation
