Responsibilities
Develop, and deliver a cloud native solution for a government customer
Act as Product Owner responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver requirements in an Agile environment
Work alongside Software/DevOps/System engineers to deliver capability
Leads Software testing and debugging efforts
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Drives the derivation, decomposition, and validation of engineering requirements across system and software domains
Applies strong working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to guide
Translates high-level system concepts into actionable technical direction for Software and DevOps engineering teams
Regularly briefs technical leadership and stakeholder groups, effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
5 - 8 years of experience in a systems engineering role (Aerospace systems engineering preferred)
Deep Knowledge of the MDS & IAMD systems
Leads Software testing and debugging efforts
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Drives the derivation, decomposition, and validation of engineering requirements across system and software domains
Applies strong working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to guide
Translates high-level system concepts into actionable technical direction for Software and DevOps engineering teams
Regularly briefs technical leadership and stakeholder groups, effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
US citizen with a SECRET Clearance
Preferred
Experience with Software development in an agile environment
Knowledge with cloud-based technology and services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
Understanding of cloud-based architectures, microservices and platforms
Familiar with engineering tools such as Gitlab, Cameo, etc
Some coding experience
Experience with C2BMC, IBCS, Aegis, TOC-L
