The Davey Resource Group, a division of the Davey Tree Expert Company, is seeking qualified candidates for a vegetation maintenance crew member. This role involves manual labor and skilled operation of various equipment for vegetation management, ensuring safe and cleared right-of-ways.

Responsibilities

Manual labor with chainsaws and string trimmers

Skilled operation with mini skidsteers, compact tractors, & brush hog style mowers

Perform basic daily maintenance on equipment (training provided)

Perform basic repairs as applicable on equipment

Utilize digital applications for work orders and documentation of work performed

Perform right-of-way inspections & property owner notification of work to be performed

Overnight travel up to 50% per year

Required

Ability to work continuously for 8+ hours a day

Ability to work in all inclement types of weather and ground conditions

Mowing experience is preferred
