Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for payer-related information and communication
Identify and resolve reimbursement issues and changes impacting stakeholders
Facilitate resolution of financial issues between payers, government agencies, and Labcorp
Compile, model, validate, and analyze data to identify trends and support informed decision-making
Perform research, analysis, trending, and reporting of diverse RCM data
Compile complex end-of-month financial reports and present findings to RCM and Finance leadership
Respond to specialized data requests under tight deadlines
Support AR trending, AR projects, and AR rundown for RCM subsidiaries

Required

Minimum three years relevant work experience with Associates degree required OR five years relevant work experience with no degree required
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data via Webex and Teams
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Utilizing Xifin RCM billing system
