Support concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage schedules, budgets, subcontracts, procurement, and field coordination
Oversee self-perform crews or concrete subcontractors
Partner closely with clients, design teams, and internal project teams
Track progress, run project meetings, and proactively solve problems
Champion safety and quality across every phase of the job
Build long-term relationships through exceptional project delivery
Qualification
Required
2+ years working on concrete or self-perform construction projects
Knowledge of layout, formwork, rebar, flatwork, and structural systems
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
A collaborative team player who values accountability and craftsmanship
Preferred
Tilt-wall, commercial, or industrial concrete experience is a plus
