Responsibilities
Responds to client requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat
Performs a variety of work assignments, including new account activity, mobile deposits, outbound wire calls, account maintenance, debit and credit card functions and lockbox), in accordance with departmental policy and procedures
Provides support to internal clients throughout the Bank and brokerage firm
Utilizes a variety of resources, systems and processes to ensure the highest level of customer service
Responsible for special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years' of client service experience
2-4 years of general banking experience
Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior service for both facing and non-facing internal and external clients
Intermediate knowledge of current banking terminology, regulations and regulatory requirements
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use good professional judgment to make decisions and solve problems
Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated proficiency working with computers
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
