Responsibilities
Perform biochemical, physical, and chemical analyses under cGMP with minimal supervision to meet established timelines
Independently execute validated assays and maintain proficiency across a broad range of analytical methods
Develop a strong technical understanding of assays and support troubleshooting and laboratory investigations
Evaluate analytical data against defined criteria and specifications
Apply scientific knowledge to non-routine and complex situations, exercising sound judgment
Identify key issues, analyze problems, and contribute to effective solutions
Support revisions to written procedures, method/equipment validation, and method transfers as assigned
Mentor and train new hires and junior analysts in areas of expertise
Hold self and others accountable to departmental and company policies
Promote and maintain a strong safety- and quality-focused culture
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience working in a cGMP and/or GLP laboratory environment
2+ years of hands-on experience with separation sciences (HPLC, UPLC, CE)
Ability to follow written procedures and perform tasks with minimal supervision
Demonstrated leadership skills through prior work experience
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with strong documentation practices
Ability to work effectively both independently and in team-based environments
B.S. or B.A. in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field)
Preferred
3–5 years of Quality Control laboratory experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience with separation sciences (HPLC, UPLC, CE)
