Responsibilities
Developing 3D concepts, floor plans, elevations, and construction documents
Translating ideas into clear, engaging visual presentations of elevated interiors
Applying strong spatial planning and design principles to interior (and some exterior) environments
Selecting, sourcing, and documenting FF&E, materials, and finishes
Preparing mood boards, inspiration boards, and sample decks for client presentations
Collaborating in internal design reviews and cross-departmental project teams
Participation in project site visits to ensure designs are buildable, practical, and well-executed -as needed
Keep up with design trends and materials to continuously sharpen your creativity
Qualification
Required
A solid foundation in interior design principles and the ability to apply them to real-world projects
Proficiency in design and rendering tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Strong multi-tasking skills for a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and take initiative
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
A portfolio showcasing your design work (required)
Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license
Preferred
1-3 years professional experience is preferred, not required
