They are seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage billing processes, maintain records, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions within the aviation sector.

Responsibilities

Process all weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly billing for Ground Handling and Cargo

Process seasonal Deicing invoices when applicable

Process GSE Billing (STAC)

Input and manage Cargo billing data sheets within Excel

Review and update DCM daily by 10 am

Spot check and analyze Cargo billing for accuracy

Maintain Cargo credit card transactions

Process ad-hoc payments as applicable

Review aging file

Process credit request

Maintain appropriate record keeping for Ground Handling and Cargo

Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time. These activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials

Handle confidential information and maintain the security records and files

Invoice airline clients weekly

Reconciling month-end

Other duties as assigned

Required

1-2 years experience in a similar position preferred

High school equivalent

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
