Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade ETL and data-integration solutions
Working closely with data architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Building optimized production-ready pipelines
Troubleshooting data-processing issues and ensuring high data quality across systems
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining detailed technical documentation to support scalable and reliable data operations
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Ab Initio and enterprise ETL development
8–10 years of hands-on experience in data integration and batch processing
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of large-scale pipelines
Strong knowledge of data-quality techniques including profiling and cleansing
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs
Experience supporting production environments and resolving data-related issues
Strong collaboration skills across QA, business, and architecture teams
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Preferred
