Responsibilities
Collaborates with product owners, stakeholders, and others to identify requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
Oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects
Ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates performance of staff members
Champions Agile practices and principles within the development team and facilitates Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Ensures the development of high-quality software by implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Promotes a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, learning, and innovation within the team
Identifies and mitigates risks associated with application development
Ensures the security and scalability of applications
Manages the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation
Stays up to date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience
Supervisory/Management experience
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Strong SQL skillset (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and experience working with SQL Server, Oracle DBs
ERP experience required
Preferred
Cloud technologies (AWS & Microsoft) experience preferred
