Responsibilities
Gain hands-on exposure to healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives
Lead and support healthcare-focused projects with increasing responsibility and identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational performance
Participate in structured leadership training, workshops, and mentorship while building skills in communication, strategic thinking, and leading in healthcare settings
Learn clinical workflows and patient care processes to better understand how operational decisions impact patient outcomes and care delivery
Contribute to organization-wide initiatives focused on growth, integration, quality, patient safety, operational performance, and employee engagement by analyzing operational, clinical, and financial data to support data-driven decision-making and efficiency improvements
Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization to understand how different functions work together to deliver high-quality care
Qualification
Required
An MBA from an accredited institution
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in long-term growth into senior healthcare leadership roles
A passion for improving patient care and operational efficiency
Willingness to work in diverse healthcare environments and relocate as needed for rotations
