They are currently seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Inventory Control Manager to execute procurement, design inventory strategies, and analyze supply chain data.

Responsibilities

Execute weekly procurement of products and materials for all ANDON locations
Design and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize costs, and prevent outages or overstock
Analyze inventory and supply chain data to ensure efficient product flow and mitigate disruptions
Conduct inventory reviews, cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories to maintain data accuracy and identify slow-moving or obsolete items
Manage supplier relationships, including delivery performance, quality standards, and overall supplier effectiveness
Monitor inventory usage trends and proactively communicate demand changes to Sales Operations
Coordinate and track product transfers between ANDON warehouses
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Industrial Distribution, or related field preferred
2+ years of procurement, sourcing, or inventory control experience
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and data-driven decision-making ability
Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with high accountability and ethical standards
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Collaborative, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
