Responsibilities

Launch Your Career in Hospitality Leadership
While you are hired for a permanent position and will spend most of your time performing the duties of that role, you will also gain exposure to:
Different facets of your discipline (Operations or Food & Beverage)

Leadership and supervisory skills training and coursework
Brand environments (dependent on placement)
Distinctive, independent hotel properties (dependent on placement)

In addition, you have cross-functional exposure to the following departments during our monthly meetings:

Sales & Marketing

Time Management & Prioritization

Work Environment
Fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Indoor/outdoor work depending on department (e.g., valet, pool, banquets)
Frequent interaction with guests, team members, and vendors
Exposure to cleaning chemicals, food preparation areas, or laundry operations
May work around loud noises (e.g., kitchen, events, lobby areas)
Standing and walking for extended periods (often entire shift)
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling (up to 25–50 lbs depending on role)
Bending, kneeling, or reaching may be required (e.g., housekeeping, engineering)
Ability to operate equipment (e.g., POS systems, housekeeping carts, dish machines)
Variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
May be scheduled for early mornings or late-night shifts depending on department
On-call availability or extended hours during peak seasons/events

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent – Hospitality Management, preferred
High-level critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality and leadership
Authorization to work in the U.S
