3+ years expCoreCampus is seeking a skilled Data Conversion Analyst to join our implementation team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing data conversions and migrations for our new clients as they adopt our comprehensive SIS solution.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the implementation team and clients to understand data requirements and develop effective data conversion strategies
Perform data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and other relevant tools
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the conversion process for new client implementations
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, working closely with internal teams and clients
Develop and maintain documentation for data conversion processes and procedures
Continuously improve data conversion methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in data conversion, ETL, or related data management roles
Strong proficiency in SQL Server and database management concepts
Experience with data conversion projects, preferably in a higher education or related industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Availability during standard business hours is required for this part-time role
Preferred
Familiarity with Python and other programming languages is a plus
