Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to delivery, order fulfillment, and service issues
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, merchants, and delivery partners to resolve issues efficiently
Provide real-time support during last-mile delivery challenges and escalations
Execute hourly and daily quality checks across Corporate and Catering programs
Review interactions, processes, and fulfillment flows to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify trends, recurring issues, and operational gaps impacting customer experience
Detect fulfillment challenges early and escalate risks before they become widespread
Partner with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operational needs
Use internal tools and dashboards to track performance, quality metrics, and issue resolution
Provide feedback on SOPs and recommend improvements based on real customer insights
Document findings, quality observations, and operational risks clearly and accurately
Support continuous improvement initiatives within Emerging Categories operations
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication skills with strong phone presence
Proven customer service or customer operations experience (voice/call support required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
Ability to adapt in fast-changing operational environments
Experience supporting logistics, delivery, or last-mile operations
