Responsibilities
Oversee and support the backbone of the agency-wide network for all sites
Setup, support and provide accessibility for all information systems used by the program and grants
Monitor and maintain all IT hardware including servers and firewalls
Set up and support all backups of the agency information systems
Maintain and support NORWESCAP's email systems
Implement all security measures for IT security
Help with planning a disaster recovery plan for all types of emergencies to produce the smallest down time
Monitor and maintain anti-virus and malware software
Support all internet connections
Help with repair and recycling of all IT equipment
Keep up with new technology through continuing education and seminars
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of IT experience and/or hardware experience
A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered
Preferred
Associates degree in IT or related field
