Responsibilities
Lead the integration of enterprise-wide systems and oversee the IT development, planning, and effective implementation of our IT architecture
Align IT asset strategies with both business and asset management objectives
Develop and execute an evolving IT strategy that delivers optimal return on investment (ROI) while meeting current and future business needs
Evaluate company requirements and design strategic plans to support growth, efficiency, and scalability
Design, implement, and maintain cyber security policies, safeguards, and procedures that protect critical information, systems, and networks
Stay vigilant regarding evolving cyber threats and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including guidelines from the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF 2.0) and Cri Profile v2.0 for threat identification
Ensure IT resources – human, supply chain, financial, and informational- are planned, acquired, and managed to achieve strategic objectives
Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with vendors and third-party partners, while ensuring systems uptime and efficient budget management
Provide guidance and oversight for IT operations across all company locations, including retail sites if applicable
Collaborate with top-level experts, consultants, and industry leaders to design, test, produce, and evaluate advances information security system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
Retail Experience
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
Knowledge of information technology computer systems and software; the ability to manage the entire spectrum of information technology operations
The incumbent is also required to successfully negotiate contracts with vendors and external contractors
Computer skills and analytical ability to identify and resolve information technology problems
Retail Multi-State Multi-Location experience
Project management skills necessary to successfully implement a variety of complex technology network and infrastructure projects
In-depth understanding of cyber security measures, policy, implementation, and enterprise systems integration
Experience with risk management frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF 2.0 and CRI Profile
Five (5) or more years of information technology experience including senior-level management responsibilities and strategic planning and execution
Experience with implementation of information technology integrations in a large division/ organization
Experience with Cybersecurity
