Responsibilities
Support the user access lifecycle (account creation, access changes, password resets, deprovisioning)
Assist with configuration and support of SSO, MFA, and access controls
Document IAM processes, standards, and procedures
Partner with the Service Desk to offload IAM-related tasks
Support access reviews and audit activities
Work closely with cybersecurity and IT leadership
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of full-time experience in IT support (Help Desk / Service Desk)
Strong desire to learn and grow in cybersecurity and IAM
Understanding of how systems and applications interact
Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Preferred
Exposure to IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, RBAC, or provisioning
Experience in Microsoft environments
Ability to write documentation or procedures
Security coursework, labs, or certifications (e.g., Security+)
