Senior Lead Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and solution design for prospective clients
Configure and deliver tailored demos that highlight Siepe’s platform, workflows, and integrations
Translate business, operational, and reporting requirements into clear technical scope and documentation
Identify data sources, integration points, and dependencies across client systems
Act as the technical liaison between clients, Product, and Implementation teams
Support pricing, timelines, and feasibility assessments during the sales cycle
Contribute to RFP responses, due diligence, and complex deal support
Capture recurring requirements to inform product enhancements and scalable standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation within FinTech, SaaS, or financial services
Strong understanding of investment operations, data flows, and front-to-back workflows
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system designs
Proficiency with SQL, data mapping, and API-based integrations preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex engagements simultaneously
Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future

Preferred

Proficiency with SQL, data mapping, and API-based integrations preferred
