Fulfillment Associate - eCommerce

Rifle Paper Co. is hiring a Fulfillment Associate – Ecommerce to support direct-to-consumer online orders placed through their website and third-party marketplaces such as Amazon. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping individual customer orders while maintaining brand presentation and meeting daily shipping cut-off times.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship individual ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure correct SKU selection, quantities, and inserts or personalization where applicable
Pack orders securely and neatly to protect products in transit and reflect Rifle Paper Co.’s brand presentation
Apply shipping labels and verify alignment with order documentation
Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality before shipment
Escalate damaged items, order discrepancies, or system issues promptly
Support daily order volume targets and same-day shipping deadlines
Perform packaging tasks including stickering, tying, assembling boxes, boxing, and sorting items
Assist with light assembly or kitting for ecommerce promotions, gift sets, or seasonal offerings
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required by operational demands
Perform other duties as assigned in support of business needs, and organizational objectives

Required

2+ years of experience in a warehouse, replenishment, or inventory role preferred
Basic math skills for counting and ability to read shipping and order documentation
Strong attention to detail
Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to stand extended periods as required
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Must have flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required
This position operates in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to loud noise levels and varying temperatures depending on season and location
Work schedules may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak operational periods
Regular use of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and forklifts is required
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas
The role involves frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including extended periods on concrete floors
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance

Preferred

Prior experience supporting high-volume or key retail accounts, a plus
