Responsibilities
Engineering Excellence: Apply your advanced education and practical knowledge of chemical applications and distillation to independently tackle challenging engineering problems for customers
Relationship Management: Proactively engage and follow up with clients to understand current technical problems and anticipate future needs to win new business. Contribute to the strategic growth of the business by owning customer relationships with key accounts
Influence and Collaboration: Share your expertise with colleagues and collaborate with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and professional growth. Influence key stakeholders by connecting the technical value proposition of our offerings and services to the client's business challenges
Solution Design & Proposal Mastery: Develop competitive technical solutions and accompanying proposals based on customer requirements and specifications. Collaborate with customers to iteratively review these solutions
Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support, responding to customer inquiries and addressing technical problems and issues with precision and urgency
Qualification
Required
You hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field
With over three years of similar experience in Applications/Process Engineering, particularly in mass transfer and distillation for the chemicals industry, you bring valuable expertise to our team
You have a command of technical topics and an ability to translate customers' technical requirements into solutions
Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with both internal and customer personnel
You are an aggressive problem solver who is always looking for solutions to customer challenges
You are a technical professional who is comfortable in a customer-facing role and has a desire to take on commercial responsibility for proposals and cultivate relationships with customers
