Manager, Business Development Team
Full Circle Electronics is seeking a Manager, Business Development to lead a geographically distributed team focused on driving product acquisition into their local facilities. This role emphasizes coaching, pipeline discipline, and operational execution across multiple metro markets.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives across multiple regions
Set clear performance expectations, monitor results, and coach team members to exceed goals
Oversee pipeline development, deal progression and revenue growth across local markets
Partner closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure smooth product intake and customer experience
Maintain strong CRM hygiene, reporting, and sales performance metrics
Drive continuous improvement in team effectiveness, sales process, and customer engagement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing and developing high-performing sales or business development teams
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor reps through complex sales cycles and strategic customer conversations
Analytical, organized, and comfortable using CRM and sales reporting tools
Willingness to travel regionally to support teams and customer engagement
Preferred
Understanding of ITAD business models, product categories, and operational considerations preferred
