APR Consulting Inc is seeking a Senior Advanced Digital Signal Processing Systems Engineer for their DoD/Aerospace client. In this role, you will analyze, design, develop, and test DSP algorithms for RF-based systems while leading system development life cycles and collaborating on hardware/software implementations.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, and test DSP algorithms implemented in hardware and software for RF-based systems

Lead system development life cycles, including requirements management and system modeling

Collaborate on hardware/software partitioning and implementation trades

Perform hands-on system performance verification and validation in the lab

Required

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field, plus 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience

U.S. citizenship required

Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance at time of hire

Preferred

Agile development experience preferred

Expertise in Statistical Signal Processing, Multi-rate Signal Processing, and RF mitigation techniques

Experience developing algorithms for signal parameter analysis using Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis, and Communications/Information Theory

Knowledge of anti-jam systems, spatial beamforming, and GNSS/AltNav AJ implementations

Familiarity with STAP, SFAP, or similar AJ algorithms

Strong proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools

Ability to lead technical teams and deliver innovative solutions under challenging requirements
