The R&D Transition Assistant will support the transfer of Essential Home products between manufacturing sites, ensuring product integrity and compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Assist in the technical transfer of products from one factory to another, ensuring consistency in formulation, performance, and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory) to support successful product relocation
Document and track all transition activities, including formulation adjustments, equipment compatibility, and process validations
Support trials to validate product performance at the new site
Perform basic laboratory techniques including performance and stability testing and support analytical testing to compare product outputs across sites
Maintain accurate records of testing, results, and observations in compliance with SOP/ISO/GLP standards
Support the creation and revision of technical documentation, including batch records, specifications, and validation protocols
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of lab equipment used in transition testing
Maintain inventory of lab supplies and order materials as needed
Follow safety protocols and good housekeeping practices in the lab
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree in a related scientific discipline
0–2 years of experience in Personal Care and/or Surface Care product development or manufacturing support
Understanding of formulation science and chemical interactions
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project tracking tools
