Finance & Operations Coordinator

The role involves closely collaborating with the off-site CFO and internal teams to ensure financial processes are accurate and efficient.

Process AP/AR, create purchase orders, and issue customer invoices
Track payments, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors and customers
Work within QuickBooks and internal systems to manage financial workflows
Help create, follow, and improve finance policies and procedures
Support multiple projects and administrative tasks as needed

Required

Experience with AP/AR and accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred)
