Our Early ID Leadership Program will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to learn about the many divisions across the bank, build technical skills, and successfully navigate our Summer Analyst interview process
Citi's Early ID Leadership Program is designed for undergraduate sophomores. The program consists of virtual mentorship, technical training, and personalized interview preparation for the 2027 Summer Analyst interview process. As part of this application, you will have the opportunity to apply to a specific business track aligned with your career interest. By filling out this application, you are applying to Internal Audit. Each business track has its own unique application, so be sure the details you provide reflect your interest in the track you’re applying to
Throughout the program, participants will gain insight into Citi’s culture, values, and the communities that shape our firm. In addition to skill building, students will be introduced to a range of inclusion networks, which provide connection points across shared interests, lived experiences, and professional goals. These experiences are designed to foster meaningful relationships and create space for students to engage with leaders and peers in ways that reflect the broad culture of Citi

Required
You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year baccalaureate degree program from an accredited institution
This program is open to all students. We strongly encourage applications from students who are driven, curious, and eager to explore careers in financial services
