Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects to develop and implement new revenue growth initiatives
Conduct in-depth statistical analyses to identify trends and risks. You will go beyond "what happened" to determine "why it happened" and "what we should do next."
Provide data solutions end-to-end (working with raw data, developing SQL models, building dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholders)
Serve as a strategic partner to revenue leaders, proactively diagnosing business health and prescribing specific operational interventions without waiting for top-down direction
Establish and enforce data governance standards for the revenue organization to ensure that Finance, Sales, and Marketing are aligned on a single source of truth
Drive the adoption of self-service analytics by designing intuitive reporting environments that allow business teams to answer their own questions at scale

Required

Deep understanding of sales and revenue analytics
Ability to effectively communicate complex data to key stakeholders
Comfortable operating at a high pace of change
Lead cross-functional projects to develop and implement new revenue growth initiatives
Conduct in-depth statistical analyses to identify trends and risks
Provide data solutions end-to-end (working with raw data, developing SQL models, building dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholders)
Serve as a strategic partner to revenue leaders, proactively diagnosing business health and prescribing specific operational interventions

Natural curiosity for the world that guides how you approach problems and develop solutions
Exceptional attention to detail
6-8 years of quantitative experience in Data Analytics, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, or Management Consulting
6-8 years of full-stack analytics experience, combining expert-level SQL proficiency with deep development experience in data visualization tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, data validation, and conditional formatting
Experience serving as a proactive thought partner to VPs and Directors
A self-directed mindset with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize workstreams
Expertise in translating complex analyses into concise, executive-level narratives

Preferred

Experience with DBT
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Go-To-Market Strategy
Experience with Consumption style business models
