The role involves collaborating with a high-performance team to ensure high-quality software development and delivery, focusing on Internet Banking applications and AI-driven testing processes.

Responsibilities
Analyze, identify gaps and improvements in testing processes
Adjust AI toolsets and processes to improve outputs and results
Plan, develop, and maintain testing tools, artifacts, and processes in support of Internet Banking applications
Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and QA/testing staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences
Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality features and capabilities
Assist in resolving issues and identifying and managing defects
Qualification
Required
Strong test planning, design, execution, and automation skills and experience with the web technology stack is required
Comfortable in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, TSS, Node.js
Experience with React, TailwindCSS, NextJS or similar frameworks
Experience with mobile testing (Expo, Maestro, Deque) with React Native/Next JS, & Cursor, plus
Experience with automated testing frameworks like Storybook, Playwright , or viTest
Experience with responsive and mobile applications and their testing, and use of APIs
Experience in Web services especially REST
Knowledge CI/CD practices and understanding of how to incorporate testing into pipelines
Expertise with test automation, proficient in implementing test automation
Experience testing applications in a containerized, cloud environment (e.g., Kubernetes)
Experience with web and mobile applications deployed in complex, multi-tiered environments
Understanding of database management systems and handling synthetic data is required
Preferred
Experience with continuous deployment tools, plus
Substantial Financial Services testing experience, plus
Knowledge of performance testing tools and instrumentation, plus
