Compensation Consultant
Expedite Talent Solutions is looking for a Compensation Sr. Consultant to provide expert guidance and support for their Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud module. The role involves collaborating with the Total Rewards team and People Business Partners to ensure effective execution of compensation programs and system operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead consultant for Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud support, configuration, and troubleshooting
Partner with Total Rewards and People Business Partners to address complex compensation matters and deliver system-enabled solutions
Support compensation planning cycles, including testing, validation, and deployment of Oracle Compensation Cloud functionality
Participate in User Acceptance Testing and Oracle Fusion compensation tool bug fixes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compensation workflows and user experience
Deliver training, documentation, and support to stakeholders and end-users
Apply advanced knowledge to improve compensation operations and drive process efficiencies
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of relevant experience in compensation, including system implementation and support
Expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud is required
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with compensation modeling and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to solve complex problems and influence cross-functional teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Certified Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud is preferred
