Mid LevelTechnosoft Engineering is seeking GM GRS–certified Robot Programmers with hands-on experience programming Fanuc CRX collaborative robots. The ideal candidate will support automation projects in manufacturing environments, ensuring robotic systems are programmed, integrated, and optimized to meet GM Global Robotics Standards for safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities
Program, configure, and debug Fanuc CRX collaborative robots
Develop and validate robot programs in compliance with GM GRS standards
Support robot installation, commissioning, and production launch activities
Troubleshoot robot, tooling, and process issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with controls engineers, manufacturing engineers, and maintenance teams
Perform robot simulations, cycle time optimization, and payload validation
Ensure all safety requirements for collaborative applications are met and documented
Maintain robot program documentation and change control records
Qualification
Required
GM GRS Certification (mandatory)
Proven experience programming Fanuc robots, specifically CRX collaborative robots
Strong understanding of robotic safety standards and collaborative robot applications
Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments
Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and programming issues
Willingness to support onsite commissioning and production support
Preferred
Experience with vision systems, EOAT, and peripheral automation equipment
Familiarity with PLC integration (Allen-Bradley preferred)
Prior GM plant or GM supplier experience
Strong documentation and communication skills
