Responsibilities
Prepare the dining room for service, including setting and resetting tables for guest use
Promptly remove dirty dishes from tables during and after the dining experience
Assist servers with the delivery of food and beverages to tables. Stock server-side stations as needed
Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining rooms. Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility. Follow safe food handling procedures and provide a safe environment for guests
Provide exceptional customer service to guests. Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to the relevant team members
Follow all laws pertaining to the sales and service of alcoholic beverages
Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six")
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to obtain a food handler's card
Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License
Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in settings that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise
