Responsibilities

Assist the internal investigations team with clearly scoped cases, working under attorney direction and following playbooks
Prepare and process data sets to ensure efficient review by attorneys and investigators
Preserve evidence by uploading materials to Azure Storage Blob in alignment with approved protocols
Carry out standardized, low-risk tasks according to documented procedures — including evidence collection and acknowledgment tracking
Record all actions and progress within the case-management system
Contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of procedural materials, including SOPs, templates, and checklists
Partner with investigators and attorneys on case-specific needs, promptly escalating when requirements fall outside standard boundaries

Required

Minimum of two years' hands‑on experience with Relativity or another e‑discovery platform, including tasks such as file ingestion, data processing, email threading, applying highlights, generating image sets, and archiving materials
Experience working within a case management system to record case progress, delegate tasks, and monitor key performance metrics
Working knowledge of Microsoft M365 audit logs and how to interpret relevant activity
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, concise messages to investigation subjects and maintain accurate, detailed case notes
Demonstrated ability to draft and update technical documentation such as procedures and user guides for investigative teams
Highly organized and detail‑focused, with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent matters and consistently meet SLA expectations

Preferred

Ability to conduct subject research related to conflict‑of‑interest or secondary‑employment (moonlighting) concerns
Experience interviewing individuals involved in investigations or litigation matters
