Software Engineering Manager
LeMans Corporation is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to guide a high-performing team of D365 and .NET engineers responsible for building and maintaining the software that powers their business. The role involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers while ensuring alignment on staffing and delivery to meet customer needs.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers
Empower engineers to make informed, customer‑centric decisions
Provide technical and professional coaching to support career growth
Partner with Technical Leads and Project Managers to ensure alignment on staffing, priorities, and delivery
Maintain a strong connection to customer needs and integrate them into engineering priorities
Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum
Promote modern engineering practices including code reviews, CI/CD, version control discipline, and team-based ownership
Balance team workload, ensure sustainability, and encourage cross‑training
Model professionalism and foster a culture of open, respectful communication
Conduct performance evaluations, facilitate goal setting, and provide regular feedback
Maintain transparency through consistent communication of progress, risks, and KPIs
Plan proactively for future staffing, skill development, and team growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
4–6 years leading software engineering teams in a Microsoft‑focused environment
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) —engineering, integration, or connected services
Ability to travel up to 10%
Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build, motivate, and sustain a high-performing engineering team
Expertise in .NET
Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices (Agile, CI/CD, structured code reviews, sprint planning)
Demonstrated ability to coach and empower engineers
Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
