Responsibilities

Coordinate timely delivery of Regional Tool Depot tool kits to Latin America for outages, overseeing logistics, inventory, and overall tool provision
Maintain tool readiness by updating the Tool Control and Tracking Platform with availability status and ensuring all kits remain certified, calibrated, and properly maintained
Develop and update forecasts for consumable demand, managing replenishment, reuse, and inventory levels to prevent stockouts
Oversee logistics and shipping by arranging tool shipments with the Shipping and Receiving team and tracking all import/export activity
Prepare quarterly fixed‑asset reports, maintain SAP and Tool Control Platform records, and track key performance indicators using Tableau
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, hygiene, and handling protocols while driving process improvements and communicating opportunities for tool and workflow enhancements

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics and/or related fields
3+ years' experience in tool warehouse management. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams will be valued
Technical and/or management knowledge of lifting, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and precision equipment, along with basic concepts of quality, safety, environment, ISO standards, and OSHAS, plus desirable familiarity with SAP
Strong personal skills, including being results‑oriented, customer‑focused, and highly collaborative, demonstrating leadership without formal authority, excellent interpersonal abilities, solid organization and control, and a commitment to continuous improvement
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences
Ability to travel 5% domestically and internationally
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
