Responsibilities
Install, configure, and calibrate BAS hardware and software
Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
Troubleshoot BAS and HVAC control issues using diagnostic tools
Support system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements
Maintain accurate service documentation and system records
Provide technical support to end users and junior technicians
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with Building Automation Systems or Controls
Hands-on experience with HVAC control systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience with at least one BAS platform: Johnson Controls Metasys, Honeywell, Siemens Desigo
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
Preferred
Associate degree or higher in HVAC, Electrical, or related field
BAS or controls certifications (BACnet, NATE, or similar)
Experience with BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks
Familiarity with energy management systems
Strong computer and diagnostic software skills
