Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers through phone, email, and other communication channels

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers throughout the sales process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and customer experience
Maintain accurate records and track activities in our CRM system
Provide valuable market feedback and customer insights to our product and marketing teams
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development roles
Demonstrated expertise in phone-based communication, lead qualification, and relationship building techniques
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
