Responsibilities

Provides professional project management, guidance, and facilitation for master planning, programming, and design projects across all Emory campuses
Projects include new construction, renovations, interior design, and landscape architecture
Manages all aspects of project planning and design, including project scope, budget, contracts, schedule, and consultant teams
Leads the development of feasibility, programming studies, and site selections for capital projects with appropriate collaboration with consultants and university stakeholders
Performs architectural design functions including programming, space planning, and concept drawings for in-house projects
Works to ensure that project designs adhere to university aesthetic and quality standards, and collaborates with the campus community in the planning of the physical growth of all Emory campuses

Required

Must be a registered architect
A professional degree in architecture, campus planning or a related field
Five years of experience managing multiple and diverse capital projects, including master planning, facilities design, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Proficient in Revit, and MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Works as a team player
