Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate hourly staff
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
Manage scheduling, labor control and inventory
Support hiring, training and ongoing development of team members
Ensure compliance with First Watch policies, Health regulations and safety standards
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of previous fast casual or full service restaurant experience needed
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and team development
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving) (one weekend off a month)
Knowledge of food safety and labor regulations (Food safety manager certification needed Ex. Servsafe)
