Responsibilities
Own end-to-end management of creative projects, including scoping, timelines, prioritization, and delivery across email campaigns, studio assets, merchandise, events, and digital content
Manage and support relationships with external brand partners and vendors to ensure alignment, quality, and on-time production
Act as the central point of contact between leadership, creative, and operations teams, ensuring clarity, communication, and smooth execution across initiatives
Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and reflects the overall creative vision, with attention to detail and consistency across touchpoints
Establish and maintain creative workflows, production calendars, and project management processes that support efficiency, visibility, and scalability
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in creative project management or brand operations
Proven experience partnering with leadership and founders, and acting as a central liaison between internal creative teams and external vendors or agencies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Experience overseeing production (print, merch, digital, email)
Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for brand and execution
Clear communicator who can manage up, across, and down
A balance of creative intuition and operational discipline
Comfort owning timelines and holding teams accountable
Passion for brand-driven environments, wellness, or lifestyle businesses
