Responsibilities
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing web-based applications for various site components and editing site content
You will document technical designs and specifications while researching and incorporating updated content for websites
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
Advanced proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400 is required. Advanced proficiency in Bug Reporting is recommended
Furthermore, advanced proficiency in IBM DB2/400, IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV, IBM AS/400 RPG III, and IBM System I (AS/400) is suggested
Develop innovative web solutions that enhance user experience and functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality applications
Continuously evaluate and improve existing web applications to ensure optimal performance
Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends to implement best practices
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing within the team
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of RPGLE
Strong knowledge of CLLE
Strong knowledge of RPG
Knowledge to identify the error in Job log
Bug handling
Enhancement as per new requirements
Agile knowledge
Advanced proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400
