Responsibilities
Assists team with discovery, requirements gathering, and project reporting
Participate in project and portfolio planning sessions
Standardizes templates and procedures
Assists the team in maintaining information in our Project Management tool, Smartsheet
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting or exceeding deadlines
Effective written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences
Must be self-motivated and disciplined
Strong research and problem-solving skills
Positive, upbeat attitude
A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either '26 or '27
In pursuit of a bachelor's degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Comfortable working with others in virtual environments
