Responsibilities
Expense Management: Process and file expense reports for executives and team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
VIP Preparation: Prepare meeting rooms and facilities for VIP visitors, ensuring all necessary amenities and materials are in place
Visitor Services: Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and friendly manner, managing reception area as needed
Onboarding Support: Assist with new employee onboarding processes, including preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth first-day experiences
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to Executive Assistants, including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of experience in office management, Executive Assistant, or similar roles
Detail-oriented and proactive approach
Ability to process and file expense reports accurately
Experience in preparing meeting rooms and facilities for VIP visitors
Professional and friendly demeanor for greeting and welcoming visitors, guests, and clients
Experience in assisting with new employee onboarding processes
General administrative assistance skills including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination
