Responsibilities
Prepare data for customer training and verification by customer subject matter experts
Write specifications for conversion into TaxSys and QA the results
Track down bad customer data and understand how it occurred
Communicate effectively with clients and adapt to their technical level
Guide clients as they verify their data in TaxSys and help them understand trade-offs
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in working directly with customers
Experience with data mapping, specifications, and/or other deliverables for developers
Analyzing data using SQL tools
Experience with SQL
Outstanding planning and time management skills
Willingness to travel about 15% annually for face-to-face meetings with clients and colleagues
Preferred
Experience with ETL tool and/or dbVisualizer
Project management experience and desire to lead projects
