Responsibilities
Engineer and maintain Windows-based end‑user platforms in enterprise environments
Administer Active Directory , including identity, access controls, and policy enforcement
Design, create, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and configuration workflows
Develop and maintain end‑point configuration frameworks and automation workflows
Support and optimize Citrix environments for application and workspace delivery
Monitor, analyze, and improve end‑point and workspace performance across the environment
Perform technical diagnostics and root-cause analysis for platform-level issues
Build and document workflows for provisioning, configuration, updates, and remediation
Partner with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to deliver scalable workspace solutions
Ensure platform configurations meet security, compliance, and operational standards
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Windows OS platforms (client and server)
Hands-on expertise with Active Directory and policy-driven configuration
Advanced knowledge of GPO design and lifecycle management
Experience supporting or engineering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
Solid understanding of end‑point configuration, performance, and stability at scale
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex platform and environment-level issues
Experience creating technical documentation and operational workflows
